Felt pretty good, took the runs slow and tried to maximize pullups. Lats are going to be REALLY sore tomorrow, pushed hard on the Pullups and can definately feel it already. Not too bad training on Sundays, starting to get used to it. Last year, we didn't train hardly at all on Sundays and mentally I think that hurt me. Already feeling better this year, just need to focus more on warming up and hitting some skill work.
