*Was worried about my back as it has been tight for the past few days but it felt pretty good. Got a little tight at the end of the power cleans and I almost decided not to do the Thrusters but did them anyway and it felt fine. Hoping we are out of the woods with this issue but we will see tomorrow. 

*Cleans felt great. Tried to work on getting under the bar faster and keeping my footwork solid. Thruster PR by 15#.
