A. Squat clean and jerk; build to a tough single

*This didn't feel great, clean was more challenging that usual and jerks just felt a little off. Stopped at 320. No misses.

*Used 205#
*Felt alright, had 1 miss here on #18 but other than that, felt fast and solid.

*Got 5 reps into 255# round. Felt good, broke up from the beginning to save my grip.
