Run 3k for time on track

*Wasn't sure how to pace this, first time running for splits in months. Felt fine throughout, back and legs felt great, just had a tough time lengthening my stride to speed up my splits.
*Splits were as follows:
400m - 1:40
400m - 1:46
400m - 1:44
400m - 1:48
400m - 1:48
400m - 1:48
400m - 1:46
200m - :42
Cooled down for about a half mile. Felt completely recovered after, definitely can push this harder next time.
Swim 30 min z1
*Everywhere was closed for Easter Sunday so decided to row instead...
*7,361m
*Kept a 2:00 pace for the entire time and felt fine. Could have kept going forever it seemed like. Got a little bored about halfway and then was able to just relax and let my mind go. Good day today, glad I got to rest the shoulder a little bit. Rest day tomorrow and then back at it Tuesday.
