7m Amrap
Clean and Jerks (135)

Ascending Ladder of 3/6/9/12/15/18 etc

*Feel fine about this, isn't going to be the top of the leaderboard but should keep me somewhere in the top 15 or so. 

Training (7p) Part 2
4 rounds for working time:
Run 400m
2 rope climbs
rest 2 min between rounds and perform amrap parallete hspu (scored as a second event)

*2:14 (400m + Rope Climbs) - 9 HSPU
*2:14 - 10 HSPU
*2:12 - 10 HSPU
*2:05 - 11 HSPU
*Runs were right around 1:30
*40 Total HSPU, they felt pretty solid today. Runs felt alright, legs were a little heavy for the first couple.
