*Rested the calf all weekend. Felt alright warming up but definitely still tender. Did about an hour of mobility and was pretty warm by the time I started.

*Feel really good about the score. Was nervous about the calf and definitely didn't want to hurt it anymore. Body feels fine, no issues with the calf and no issues with the back. Don't get me wrong, this hurt really bad aerobically during it, but as far as muscularly, no big issues which is a good sign. At 237# last year, my low back would give me problems in workouts like this, now at 244#, to have no issues means that we are on our way to fixing that problem.
