*Just used a running clock, no added transition time. Used regional standards for BJ which took a little bit to get used to. Legs were already feeling heavy after the burpees and then they were really heavy at the BJ and I felt useless on the AD. My body felt fine and had no tightness from the PS, just quads blew up by the time the AD came around. Burpees are feeling faster.
*Doc came over for the workout and showed me a different warm-up. He didn't even use the ARP today on me. He just gave me some stretches. I will video the new routine and send to you, some crazy shit but I felt way more loose than after the usual band mobility that I have done for so long.
