Training (1130a)

On the min for 20 min:
Odd- 6-10 GHD sit ups
Even- Row 30 seconds @high effort

*Did 8 GHDs OTM (80 Total)
*Kept pace between 1:34 - 1:37
*GHD's actually felt pretty good, never got too rough.

On the min for 20 min
Odd- L-sit on rings accumulate as much time as possible (no need to record)
Even- HS walk 30 seconds for meters

*Did 10s every 30s, so 20s every minute on the minute
*Did about 15m u/b each minute, shoulders were tired from yesterday for sure. 

Other than feeling the shoulders on the HS Walks, my body felt really good today. Back wasn't sore at all.
