A. Power snatch; build to a max
*215, failed 225 and cut it there. Pull felt weak and slow today.
B. 20 power snatch for time 175#

*No misses and felt alright. All singles here.

On the min for 20 min:
Odd- 4 TnG power snatch 165#
*These felt decent, no misses and able to hit them all but got tough for sure.
Even- 12 unbroken hspu (if you end up failing, turn them into amraps,
don't break the reps)
*12/12/12/8/12/10/8/8/6/9
*Felt alright but triceps got smoked pretty quickly. This was very challenging, I figured that is what you so grinded it out but it was rough for the last few minutes.

5 burpees

*This felt pretty horrible.
*Body is pretty beat up from yesterday. Quads are tender and shoulders are tired. Will take it easy and do some mobility tonite and should be fine for tomorrow. WB usually don't bother me unless I try and really push the tempo, which I did yesterday, and I am paying the price today.
