Odd- 3 muscle ups
Even- 10 front squat 135#
*Felt fine, took a few sets to loosen quads up but last 6 or 7 sets were much faster. Muscle-ups felt good.

*CTB all u/b and felt pretty good. Box jumps were tough for me with the step down, my mobility actually was limiter stepping off the damn box.

*This felt really good actually. First time doing pistols since regionals last year and they were u/b and fast, no mistakes. Row was 1:38. First set of 100 was u/b and the last set made a mistake at 11 and 99....
