*Not sure I could have taken much time off of this. Ran a 6:30 mile, no mistakes on DU's, first 2 sets of HSPU U/B, minimal rest b/w HSPU and DU's....felt good. Anybody going sub 16m here?? I guess if you were a little guy, you may be able to move a little faster through this and maybe sub 16 but can't imagine 200#+ guys doing that right?
