A. Deadlift; build to a tough single
*Stopped at 455, felt pretty good.
B. Power clean; build to a tough single
*Stopped at 310, again, more there but it was tough for sure.

*2+20 DL
*This was interesting for sure, not positive I shouldn't have paced this a little different but I don't think it would have mattered. I took my time the first round on DL and HSPU and made sure I didn't come out too hard. DL got really have and the AD just took time.
