Odd- 3 muscle ups
Even- 6 front squat 225#

*Complete, not terrible. Muscle-Ups continue to feel easier than ever

Odd- 8 CTB pull ups
Even- 8 thrusters 135#

*Complete, Thrusters hurt bad towards the end
