Training (3p)

A. Front squat; 5x5; rest 2 min
*275/295/305/305/295
*First time heavy here in a few months, felt pretty solid, a little slow and weak out of the hole but knee felt good.

B. Muscle ups; 3 on the min for 15 min
*Complete, easy
*I made a minor adjustment and just tried pulling a bit lower below my chest and it seemed to make a huge difference, have never caught the dip so high. Best my Muscle-Ups have ever felt. I could have easily gone another 10 minutes. 

C1. Heavy Over The Line WB; 15 unbroken x5; rest 30 seconds

*Subbed WB for these...hadn't quite recovered from the 100 Thrusters Saturday...

C2. T2B; 15 unbroken x5; rest as needed
*Complete, felt solid

Rested 2m after the T2B

*Body feels good, no issues.
