*Used 185# for all, pull felt a little weak. Back was tight from Wednesday's DB Snatch and have spent 4 hours yesterday and today cutting down trees and carrying them to a wood chipper...best excuse I've got.
B1. Back squat; 5x5; rest 2 min

*Back squats felt HEAVY
