THEN: 240/180 CAL ROW *EVERY SWITCH, PERSON GETTING OFF ROW MUST COMPLETE: OVER THE SHOULDER DBALL (LADIES = 6 @ 70/75) (MEN = 3 @ BLACK 150# OR 6 @ 100) 30 SECOND HANG FROM RIG *NEXT PERSON CAN BEGIN AS SOON AS 1ST DBALL IS COMPLETED. THEN: 175/120 CAL SKI *EVERY SWTICH, PERSON GETTING OFF SKI MUST COMPLETE: 15/10 SUPERMAN PUSH-UPS 30 SECOND HOLLOW HOLD *NEXT PERSON CAN BEGIN AFTER 1ST PUSH-UP IS COMPLETED *GOOD WORKOUT BUT I ADJUSTED THE WOMENS CALS. TEAMS OF 3 ARE SLOW FOR MEN. 35M CAP CAPPED OUT ONE TEAM.
