*Just wanted to move and sweat a little bit after taking Tuesday off because of not feeling well. 

Did a 24m EMOM of 20 seconds work/40 sec rest
Min 1: Row
Min 2: KBS
Min 3: Burpees
*Felt good, glad I did this and sweat a little today.
