Training (8a)

A. Squat clean; build to a tough single
*320 and stopped

B. Squat snatch; 2 reps on the min for 10 min 185#

*Complete, came up with a new game that I think I need to patent....Oly P.I.G. First lifter leads off and however they hit the two snatches, training partner has to do. First person missing swaps order, second person misses, get a letter. Actually worked really well, added some 3-stop work, pause work, TnG work, holds in the catch, etc. Fun stuff.

*Legs felt super heavy on box jumps. Bounded sets 2/3.
