*Had to do it bro, I know your probably not going to be happy but it was the gym programming for the day and a few of the coaches had put up my time from 5 years ago and a list of everyone who beat it today...my pride got the best of me, had to show them who was still the boss:)
*Fun workout to re-test, recovered quickly, didn't hurt bad at all after about 90 seconds. Run was 3:45 and Row was 3:20. HSPU U/B and felt fine.
