B. Snatch; 5 singles @225#+; rest 2 min

*Missed 245 and dropped back down to get some quality reps. Pull felt tired by this time.

Even- 6 burpee box jump overs 24"
*Complete, no misses. TnG PJ for all PC+Jerks.
*This got pretty tough early on. HR stayed high throughout.
