A. Power clean and jerk; build to a max
*330 (Attempted twice)
*Missed the jerk both attempts but this is a PR for the PC. 

B. Snatch; 5 singles @225#+; rest 2 min

*225/235/245x/225/225
*Missed 245 and dropped back down to get some quality reps. Pull felt tired by this time.

Odd- 3 hang power clean and jerk 240#
Even- 6 burpee box jump overs 24"

*Complete, no misses. TnG PJ for all PC+Jerks.
*This got pretty tough early on. HR stayed high throughout.
