*Not terrible, HR got elevated super quick and probably was a little too conservative with my rest b/w sets.

prowler push 20 seconds (heavy and grinding pace)

*Complete, used 420# on Prowler and it didn't start to get bad until round 5.
*Body was a little sore still from Mondays lunges but should be all good after tomorrow's rest day. I pushed the lunges really fast and aggressive and I am paying for that for sure.
