*14:00 (Besser and DJ) 1. START WITH 16/9 BIKE, CAN SPLIT UP HOWEVER TEAMS WANT. 2. AFTER BIKE IS COMPLETE, CAN BEGIN 100 SWITCH LUNGES. 1 BAR PER TEAM. COMES FROM GROUND FOR EVERYTHING.
