1. IF TEAMS MISS ANY STATION, 400M RUN AND THEN JUMP BACK IN AT THE START OF THE NEXT 2M WINDOW THAT THEY ARE READY. STAY WITH THE SAME GROUP.
2. SPREAD BURPEE BROAD JUMPS TO START AT 5 - 10 - 15. ENTIRE TEAM WORKS.
3. SCORE IS TOTAL CALS COMPLETED.
4. CAN REMAIN ON ROW ALL THE WAY UP UNTIL THE 2M WINDOW ENDS IF TEAMS DESIRE.
5. ROW CALS MUST BE IN MULTIPLES OF 5/3 ONLY. ROUND DOWN.
