*This. Was. Fucking. Bad. My legs were in a bad place by the 3rd AD and never recovered. There was no position I could sit or stand or walk in during the rest for the AD that gave me any relief. The extra set at each station was crushing from last week. If this doesn't make me mentally tougher than 99% of any athlete out there, I would be very surprised.
