*Today felt average, my quads were the limiting factor on the snatches, they were bruised up from last week as I was stopping the weight by smashing the bar down on my quads. Amazing how different 165# feels compared to a few months ago when I was missing singles and doubles with this weight.
*BJ and pullups felt great.
