Training (1245p)
Soreness was pretty much entirely gone by the start of the workout. Hands are healing up well, I bought a pair of gloves to try and protect them and they helped quite a bit. Wrists were a little sore but nothing terrible.
A. OHS triple from floor; 7 sets @245; rest as needed bw sets*All complete, felt good. Missed 2nd rep on 6th set but everything else was good to go. Felt a little heavy today, body took a little bit to get going.

*These hurt really bad, surprisingly tough. It was crazy hot/humid, not saying that is what happened but that probably played a little role in the poor performance. S2O was tougher than it was when we did this in the simulation. My splits are below:
Set 1:
HSPU - 20/30/36/41/46/50 (3:19) (6 Sec Trans)
T2B - 15/25/33/40 (1:50) (12 Sec Trans)
S2O - 6/10/15/20/22/25/30 (3:45)

Set 2:

*Could not catch my breath for the life of me on those damn S2O. I feel like the T2B will get a little better as we continue to get some reps in. HSPU can improve as well with more exposure. S2O is going to be a grind and I will be ok on these. Today isn't a good predictor of things to come, body just a little off on today's work.
