PM Training Session (515p)
A. OHS; Build to a single at 285 from the floor in 5 sets (must be
completed from floor and start at 225#)
*Went 225x3/255x3/265x3/275x3/285x2
*I know I was only supposed to hit a single but for some reason I have been anxious about this OHS workout and wanted to hit a double just for some confidence. Took 2m rest b/w sets.
Rest 3m after last set and did 10 Burpee Muscle-Ups for time just to make sure they still felt good. They felt fine, hit them in 1:16.
