Training (3p)

Pistol Practice
Just did some EMOTM work to get used to pistols again. Usually takes my knees a week to 10 days and they start feeling better. 

Burpee Muscle-Up Practice
Just did 10 for time to see how pace would feel. Used false grip and wasn't used to it. By 10, it was getting really tough. I have time to fix these, just can't panic now as it feels like I am learning them all over again.

The final day of workouts are posted. Not too upset about them, Workout 1 on Sunday will be pretty rough but I should be alright. HSPU and T2B have been much better and I have time to work on these over the next month.
