*This was 1:20 faster than the last time I did so things are getting better. HSPU were 3:00, T2B were 1:38, S2O were 3:20. S2O continues to be the achilles heal for me on this workout. I know that I have to go u/b on first set and then 5/5 or 6/4 the second and 3rd. If I can do that, it will shave over a minute off of this time. Lunges felt good, broke once. I am getting more confident with this one everytime I play with it.
*I would like to touch some HSPU/T2B/S2O and lunges as much as you think is possible leading up to Regionals, I am getting better everyday. My body feels fine today. Recovered quickly after finishing. Probably about 10-15m and was good to go.
