21 May AM Session

Felt pretty good this morning, wasn't sore which is good. Slept a little better last night but still not sleeping great. Going to bed early as shit but just not getting a solid unbroken sleep for some reason. 

For Time:
100 DU's (u/b - :54)
75 HSPU (7:30)
50 T2B (2:31)
40 S2O (4:53)

*Attacked the HSPU as if I was only doing 50 which made the last 25 super tough and long. Went 18-8-7-5-4-4-4 and then 4s thru 75. T2B continue to get better and feel solid. Went 20-12-9-9, probably a little too much rest b/w them but I will work on that. S2O still gives me trouble, just with breathing. Mostly went 5s and 6s on S2O. Looking at the splits, still need to get faster but slowly improving.
