*Didn't do 3rd set, the first two absolutely crushed me.
*Set 1 was 11:35 (3:18 - 2:41 - 2:35 - 2:34)
*Set 2 was 14:16 (3:20 - 3:34 - 3:01 - 3:10)
*This was really tough and I went back and forth about quitting before 3rd set but in the end, I think it was the right call.

*Was pretty sore as I was warming up but actually felt pretty solid once we started.
Overall, great weekend of training as I got a TON of reps in but the times weren't great. Mentally it was great for me as I honestly don't think regionals will feel as bad as some of the shit you made me do the past few weeks. 2 sets of 100 u/b wallballs nearly crushed me.
