22 May AM Session

Training (1030a)

Felt pretty solid this morning as I warmed up. No soreness from the week and body felt good. Pushed the OHS to see what would happen.

OHS/Muscle-Up Workout As Written

*Missed attempt at 295#
*This attempt took a bit out of me for the muscle-ups, it just got my heart rate up and it took longer than 2m to come back down. 

Muscle-Ups
*27 Reps completed
*Felt good to about 23/24 and then failed 25. I think my pace was too quick to start. Need to continue to work this. I am more worried about this workout than any of the others.
