*This felt decent, but not super light like I was hoping:) The exposure has been great for me and I think we are right on the money. I am totally on board with your plan. I think we are RIGHT on the border of over-reaching but I don't see there being ANY other option. I have to get a shit ton of reps in with the things I am not great at or I will have no chance at Regionals. I feel much more confident after this climb, except for the muscle-ups, still work to be done there. I feel like once I get thru this weekend, it will be the first victory. To stay healthy and be able to complete the volume you have put me through is the first step on my way to the games. I can guarantee that nobody else is training as smart/hard as you have done with me. 

*Here is my plan for Saturday, let me know your thoughts. Do you think it is smart to hit that DL/BJ workout?
