A. OHS; 3x3 @250# (from floor); rest 2 min
*Complete, no misses. Hit 3 Burpee Muscle-ups after each set of 3 to see how they would feel fatigued and they felt fine. OHS didn't feel great but it was ok.

*Really need to focus on hand placement, can't get the hands too close to the wall or it will throw my kip off.

*This was tough today, hard picking the bar up for the 9s and 6s. Calf is a little sore from the BJ, but not bad. Will ice and stretch and it will be fine.
