B1. TnG deadlift 225# x20 unbroken; rest 1 min x5
*All U/B, sets 3,4,5 got my lower back pretty tight.
B2. Thrusters 135# x10 unbroken; rest 2 min x5
*All U/B, these weren't too bad but my lower back was feeling it here from the Deadlifts.
*The worst part of the 100 Deadlifts was just my lower back.
